400,000 Followers! Thank you all so much!!! I want take a min to answer the Top 5 questions I am asked on IG. Please feel free to comment below with any other questions, and I’ll do my best to answer. 1️⃣What yoga clothes am I wearing? Answer = @Aloyoga They are the best and right now you have the chance to be the first to purchase them during @Aloyoga Black Friday sale! Sign up for their newsletter on their website. 2️⃣Is Yoga the only form of exercise I do? Answer = Yes. I teach and practice vinyasa flow as well as yoga based strength workouts. Strength, flexibility and mobility are just as important to me as mental clarity in my practice. For an example of my style, check out one of my online trainings on codyapp.com 3️⃣What does my tattoo say? Answer= Svadhyaya (written in Sanskrit) meaning – Self study, or the in depth study of ones soul. It’s very personal to me, I got this tattoo when I was 27 years old. I have never regretted it, ever!! Even though I thought I would never get a tattoo. 4️⃣How tall am I ? Answer = 5’7 3/4 usually I claim 5’8 ;) I think I may photograph even taller because I’m slim. I love being tall!! I didn’t always love it, especially when I was young and taller than the boys, but I have grown to appreciate my body in every way and wouldn’t have it any other way :) 5️⃣What is my diet like? Answer = Balanced. I could write forever on this subject!! When I first found yoga I wanted to be the picture of health! I decided to dedicate 2 years of my life to experience every «diet» i wanted to know how I actually felt not just eating how I think I should. I spent a minimum of a month on each, most were longer. I tried zero processed food, organic, vegetarian, fruitarian, vegan, raw vegan, no alcohol, protein timing after meals, you name it! (I was a little obsessed) but what I discovered is beautiful. We all need different things!!! It’s not one diet fits all!! The answer is as simple as this. Just like we practice in yoga, Listen to your body!!! Our bodies are designed intelligent! Don’t over complicate it :) listen to what makes you feel good and what works for you. 💫I hope you enjoyed getting to know me a little better.

Today is Day 10 of the #PowerUpChallenge @dylanwerneryoga and I want to see your Peacock or One Arm Peacock For Peacock pose, start kneeling. Lean forward and press your palms on the floor with your fingers facing towards your feet. Bring your elbows together with a slight bend of the arms and place the elbows on your lower belly. Keep your chest lifted, firm up your belly and lift your legs. (Or try your best!) For one arm peacock turn your fingers to face to the side with your elbow in the hip/low belly. Start with the non weight supporting arm extended. Keep your chest up, lift your legs and float extended arm off the ground. This pose is great for building back strength, core stability and improving balance. Feel free to play with any option, straddle legs, lotus legs, etc. or add peacock into a transition or flow or just hold as long as you can. Make sure to follow and tag your hosts and sponsors in all posts @dylanwerneryoga @ashleygalvinyoga @codyapp @aloyoga A Winner will be chosen every week! Prizes include 3 Plans of your choosing by @dylanwerneryoga or myself on @codyapp And a $150 gift card to @aloyoga Our #powerupchallenge takes movements that @dylanwerneryoga and I do in our New PowerUp Bundle on @codyapp If you like the movement of the day, check out our PowerUp Bundle on @codyapp by clicking on the link in my bio.
